Meet our Administrative Leadership Team

Together, our Administrative Team has over 100 years of health care experience.

Tracy Conroy is serving as Daviess Community Hospital's Chief Executive Officer. She most recently served as director of operations for Tri State Community Clinics. Prior to that, she was director of clinical services for The Village at Hamilton Pointe and also served as CEO of Select Specialty Hospital for 11 years.

Doug Roberts is serving as Daviess Community Hospital's Vice President of Long-Term Care. Doug has been in healthcare leadership for over 15 years. He began his career in long-term care, and served as the Administrator for several different facilities of varying size and complexity around the state. Doug has a bachelor's degree from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. He received his MBA from Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana. He is a licensed Health Facility Administrator and a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Mandy Rodewald is serving as Daviess Community Hospital's Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mandy currently serves as Controller and Director of Accounting for Daviess Community Hospital. Prior to joining DCH in 2013, Mandy served in various finance roles at St. Mary's Health which now goes by the name St. Vincent.

Cara Veale is serving as Daviess Community Hospital's Chief Patient Experience Officer. She is a proud employee of Daviess Community Hospital since 2007 where she has served as an Occupational Therapist and Director of Rehabilitation Therapies prior to her current role as the Chief Patient Experience Officer. Cara has earned her BS in Psychology, Masters in Occupational Therapy and Doctorate of Health Sciences from the University of Indianapolis. 

Tina Durnil is serving as Daviess Community Hospital's Interim Chief Nursing Officer.  Tina received her RN from Vincennes University in 1987, her BSN from the University of Southern IN in 2008 and has started work on her Masters at University of Southern IN.  Tina started her career in nursing management in long term care. She has been an employee of DCH since 1995, when she was hired to start the Hospice program.  Tina became the  Emergency Dept Manager in 1996 and spent 17 years in the ED.  Tina has also served in various other nursing leadership roles at DCH prior to her current position.  She has also worked as a PRN ED nurse at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Indianapolis and St. Vincent’s Hospital in Evansville.
