Nutrition Services

The nutrition services department of Daviess Community Hospital provides food for patients, families, employees, and guests. Our kitchen strives to provide food that is nutritious, tasty, and attractively served. Our staff includes a manager of nutrition services, registered dietitians, dietary managers, clinical food service workers, and other meal preparation staff who have training and expertise in their related job functions. All staff at all levels have the knowledge of and compliance with infection control practices as well as OSHA, CDC, DHS requirements for food service workers.

Cafeteria Hours of Operation

Breakfast 7:00 a.m. -- 9:30 a.m.
Lunch 11:00 a.m. – 1:45 p.m.
Supper 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
