Student Nurse Intern Program
This program allows students to
earn while they learn, preparing them for a seamless transition into nursing roles at DCH.

Graduate Nurse Extern Program
DCH is committed to ensuring
new nurses feel supported and confident as they transition into their careers.

Bonuses for Your Hard Work:

$1,500 hiring bonus upon hire.

$250 NCLEX reimbursement + increase to
$26/hour RN rate after passing.

$1,000 bonus at 6 months,
$1,250 bonus at 12 months, and
$1,000 bonus at 2 years.

Commitment: Two-year RN commitment required.
CNA Certification Assistance
DCH provides
tuition assistance to help employees obtain their CNA certification.

Tuition Covered: We pay
$1,195 toward CNA certification.

Eligibility: Full-time employees with
6+ months of service and no corrective actions.

Commitment: Work full-time at DCH for
24 months after certification.

Tuition Reimbursement
DCH supports employees who want to continue their education and develop

Part-Time Employees (FTE 0.4 – 0.7): 60% reimbursement, up to $1,000/year.

Undergraduate Study (FTE 0.75 – 1.0): 80% reimbursement, up to $3,000/year.

Graduate School Study (FTE 0.75 – 1.0): 80% reimbursement, up to $4,000/year.
