About Amy

Amy Sites, FNP-C, is a dedicated healthcare professional with more than two decades of experience in the medical field. She began her healthcare journey in 2002, serving in various roles that include paramedic, ER nurse, flight nurse (CFRN), and ultimately, nurse practitioner. After earning her Associate and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Vincennes University, Amy went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus at Indiana Wesleyan University. She obtained her board certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Amy’s professional background spans emergency departments, urgent care centers, and non-surgical weight management clinics. In addition to her FNP-C, Amy maintains active certifications as a BLS, PALS, and PHTLS instructor.

Beyond her professional life, Amy lives in Bedford, Indiana, with her husband and three daughters on a small farm complete with goats, chickens, dogs, and cats. Together, they enjoy traveling to state and national parks, hiking, and participating in shooting sports. Amy’s commitment to patient care, coupled with her passion for adventure, defines her well-rounded approach to healthcare and life.
