With years of experience in peer recovery services, mentorship, and community outreach, Downs is dedicated to creating an inclusive, empowering environment for those seeking long-term recovery.

As a Certified Peer Recovery Coach (CPRC) and Certified Supervisor of Peer Recovery (CSPR-PR), Downs utilizes both her lived experience and professional expertise to guide individuals toward lasting recovery. She specializes in mentoring peer recovery coaches, developing personalized recovery plans, and connecting clients to critical resources such as treatment programs, mental health services, and social support networks.
