About Christina

Christina Van-Hoose, OTR, is an experienced occupational therapist at Daviess Community Hospital’s CORE Center, specializing in custom wheelchair assessments and mobility solutions. She earned her bachelor’s degree in occupational science from Eastern Kentucky University and her master’s degree in occupational therapy from the University of Southern Indiana. Van-Hoose has been practicing since April 2012.

Originally from Henderson, Kentucky, she has called Washington, Indiana, home since 2012. She lives there with her husband, Eric, and their two daughters, Isalene and Josephine. Together, they operate Hoose Hill Farm, a local flower farm known for hosting community events, beekeeping education, and offering personalized bouquets. The family also cares for chickens, ducks, cats, and dogs, making them proud animal lovers.

In her free time, Van-Hoose enjoys hiking, attending concerts, traveling, and teaching yoga and dance classes at Yoga on Main in Washington. Her commitment to wellness and the community is reflected both in her therapeutic practice and her everyday life.
