About Courtney

Courtney Faith, MSN, NP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in emergency medicine at Daviess Community Hospital in Washington, Indiana. With extensive experience in high-acuity patient care, she brings more than seven years of emergency department expertise to her role, supported by a strong foundation in family practice, internal medicine, and pediatrics.

A graduate of Chamberlain University with a Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner track, Courtney also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Evansville. Her diverse clinical training includes hundreds of hours in family practice, pediatrics, and internal medicine, equipping her to manage a wide range of urgent and complex health conditions.

Courtney is known for her skill in rapid assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions in emergency situations. She is certified in Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN), Fundamental Critical Care Support (FCCS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS). She is also a proud member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Her career includes service as an ER nurse at Ascension St. Vincent hospitals in Evansville and Warrick, Indiana, where she honed her ability to care for patients of all ages in fast-paced environments. Her patient care philosophy centers on clear communication, collaboration, and ensuring each patient feels supported during critical moments.

Outside of the hospital, Courtney is passionate about community engagement and health education, volunteering at events such as Hopefest, Special Olympics, and Easter Seals Bike Camp.
