Jill Sluder, FNP-C

About Jill

Jill is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has over 8 years of surgical nursing experience. She started out her nursing career at St. Vincent Evansville before moving back home to work in the surgery department at DCH. She obtained her Master’s in Nursing and is currently working as a Nurse Practitioner for Washington Surgical Associates.

Jill is a lifelong native of Southern Indiana. Her goal was to be able to come back to the area, she grew up to provide care. Outside of work, Jill spends the majority of her time raising her two girls, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
