Judi Wright, MD, JD, brings extensive experience and dedicated patient care to Daviess Community Hospital as a seasoned emergency medicine physician. Combining her medical expertise with a unique background in law, Dr. Wright provides comprehensive and compassionate emergency care.

Dr. Wright completed her medical degree at the Indiana University School of Medicine and went on to complete her residency in emergency medicine at Michigan State University’s Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies. She also holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Indiana University School of Law, where she earned the Scribe Award for Excellence in Legal Writing for her outstanding skills in legal analysis, research, and persuasive communication.

With significant experience in emergency medicine, Dr. Wright has served communities throughout southern Indiana, providing high-quality emergency care in diverse healthcare settings. Additionally, her residency included roles as a flight physician with West Michigan Air Care and a team physician for professional sports teams, demonstrating her commitment to urgent and critical medical care.

Dr. Wright is board-certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and maintains certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. She is an active member of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
