About Leslie

Leslie Guy, DNP, FNP-C, brings 23 years of nursing experience to her role, with expertise spanning medical-surgical care, rehabilitation, cardiology, and urgent care. A dedicated professional and lifelong learner, Leslie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and went on to complete her Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2021 at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She further advanced her education by obtaining a Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2022, with clinical practicums at the Lohano Center for Advanced Medicine at Daviess Community Hospital.

Prior to her civilian healthcare career, Leslie proudly served in the U.S. Air Force, where she honed her skills and developed a deep commitment to service.

Leslie resides in Loogootee, Indiana, with her husband and three sons. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, running, and traveling, embracing every opportunity to explore and recharge.
