About Leslie

Leslie has been a Registered Nurse for 23 years with experience in medical/surgical, rehabilitation, cardiology, and urgent care.

She graduated with her BSN from Indiana Wesleyan University. She completed her FNP degree in 2021 from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and  worked as an NP for CVS Minute Clinic.

Leslie then obtained her DNP in 2022 from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences after completing practicums at the Lohano Center for Advanced Medicine at Daviess Community Hospital.

She previously served in the U.S. Air Force.

Leslie resides in Loogootee, IN, with husband and 3 sons. In her spare time she enjoys reading, running, and traveling.
