Raymond earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South University in Savannah, Georgia, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of patient care, clinical decision-making, and procedural skills. He completed his undergraduate studies at Purdue University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Health and Kinesiology.

His professional experience spans multiple healthcare settings, including emergency departments and inpatient geriatric care. He currently serves as a physician assistant in the emergency department at IU Health South Central Region in Bloomington, Indiana, where he evaluates and treats patients, performs procedures, and coordinates care with a multidisciplinary team. Additionally, he works in the emergency department at University of Louisville Health on a PRN basis, further honing his skills in acute care medicine.

Previously, Raymond provided comprehensive care for geriatric patients at the Department of Veterans Affairs in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, he managed complex medical conditions, led interdisciplinary care teams, and educated patients and families about preventive health and chronic disease management. His work in geriatric primary care and inpatient medicine reflects his commitment to improving health outcomes for aging populations.
