Paige Schaefer, MS, RDN, LD, is a Clinical Registered Dietitian at Daviess Community Hospital, where she provides expert nutrition counseling to inpatients and outpatients. She specializes in evidence-based dietary interventions to support chronic disease management, weight management, and overall wellness. Paige is dedicated to helping individuals make informed food choices that align with their health goals, lifestyle, and medical needs.

With a strong background in clinical nutrition, Paige works closely with patients to develop personalized meal plans that promote balanced eating and sustainable habits. Whether educating individuals on portion control, decoding nutrition labels, or guiding them through dietary changes for conditions like diabetes, heart disease, or gastrointestinal disorders, Paige emphasizes a practical, science-based approach to nutrition.

Paige earned her Master of Science in Dietetics from Indiana State University and her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics with a minor in Food Management from Ball State University. She is passionate about making nutrition accessible and helping patients understand that healthy eating does not have to be restrictive or complicated.

Beyond her role at Daviess Community Hospital, Paige enjoys creative pursuits such as crafting miniature clay art and making earrings. She resides in Washington, Indiana, with her significant other, Aaron, and their two cats, Oscar and Milo.
