About Robert

Robert A. Rieti, DO, FCCP, is a board-certified pulmonologist at Daviess Community Hospital in Washington, Indiana. He is also board certified in critical care, sleep medicine, hospice and palliative medicine, and internal medicine. Dr. Rieti specializes in diagnosing and treating lung diseases, airway disorders, and sleep conditions, providing comprehensive care for patients with complex respiratory needs.

Dr. Rieti earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, New Jersey. He completed his internship, residency, and fellowship training at UMDNJ, now Rowan School of Medicine.

He is a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians (FCCP) and a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Dr. Rieti has served on multiple hospital committees, including a term as Medical Executive Committee President. His approach to care is patient-centered, taking time to listen, understand each patient’s health history, and design personalized treatment plans.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Rieti enjoys spending time with his family, distance running in community events, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.
