About Tammie

Tammie Twitty, FNP-C, is a dedicated primary care provider with the Daviess Community Hospital health system. With more than 25 years of acute care and clinical experience, she offers compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families in the community.

Tammie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2007 and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing in 2011, obtaining her Nurse Practitioner National Certification. Before joining the DCH Medical Clinic, she provided care at the DCH Quick Care Clinic.

When she's not serving patients, Tammie enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, daughter, son, their spouses, and her two granddaughters. She also loves playing board games, reading, swimming, traveling, and taking road trips with her husband.
