About This Location

Daviess Community Hospital is now offering outpatient therapy services at Parkview Village Christian Care in Odon, IN.

Therapy offerings will include Physical, Occupational, and Speech provided by CORE Center therapists with many years of experience. Outpatient therapy is open to anyone in the public either through a medical provider referral or direct access to physical therapy (through some insurance networks).

Outpatient Therapy is available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. To schedule an appointment, please call 812-254-2673.
