DCH celebrates EMS Week

EMS Week was May 19-25, 2024, and this year marks the 50th anniversary of Nation EMS Week.

Daviess Community Hospital celebrated on May 23 with a BBQ picnic on the hospital's campus for all first responders in the area.

Participants enjoyed a lunch, provided by Big Al's Smokin' BBQ, with sides provided by The Village at Oak Ridge, American Senior Community (East Gate & Prairie Village), and Summit Healthcare, drinks provided by Air Evac, and dessert provided by Daviess Community Hospital.
