Daviess Community Hospital staff raised $225 for Hope's Voice in April.
Each Friday, DCH staff can donate $5 to wear jeans to work. And, in April, the money collected each Friday went toward Hope's Voice.
Hope’s Voice provides comprehensive programs of prevention, support, intervention, and advocacy services for survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault in Knox and Daviess County.
Accepting the donation for Hope's Voice is Outreach and Volunteer Manager Cathy Bush and Manager Misty McNeely.
"Hope's Voice will use the funds towards client needs," said Bush. "Many clients will come to us in need of a birth certificate, hygiene items, household supplies, etc. We will use the funds to help cover some of the items that are of an emergency need."
