Daviess Community Hospital’s CORE Center is proud to announce that Janae Wagler, PT, DPT, has recently earned her certification in pediatric pelvic floor therapy, further broadening the services offered to young patients in the region.
Janae brings her specialized knowledge in addressing pediatric urinary and bowel dysfunctions, including bedwetting, constipation, overactive bladder, and recurrent urinary tract infections. This certification is the latest in Janae’s extensive training through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
“I’m excited to bring pediatric pelvic floor therapy to our community,” said Wagler. “Helping children overcome these issues not only improves their physical health but also boosts their confidence and quality of life. Our goal is to provide families with the tools and education they need to manage these conditions.”
Parents can bring their children for treatment at both CORE Center locations in Odon and Washington, with services offered throughout the week. Direct access to services is available through commercial insurances, but consultations with a pediatrician are encouraged.
“Janae’s certification adds a valuable resource to our already extensive pediatric care offerings,” said CORE Practice Administrator. “Her dedication to continued learning and patient care is commendable, and we’re proud to offer these much-needed services to the community.”
CORE at Daviess Community Hospital offers a range of physical therapy services for both children and adults, including pelvic floor rehabilitation. Whether treating pediatric patients for bladder and bowel dysfunctions or helping adults with similar conditions, CORE is committed to providing the best care possible.
