Pickleball Tournament
To honor the memory of Dr. Suresh Lohano
Join us for the inaugural
Daviess Community Hospital Foundation Pickleball Tournament, scheduled for
June 27-29, 2025, in Washington, Indiana. This exciting event celebrates the life and legacy of
Dr. Suresh Lohano, a beloved physician and passionate pickleball enthusiast. This event
is open to players 8 years old and older. Players under 18 must have a
parent/guardian signature.

Dates: June 27-29, 2025

Location: Daviess County Pickleball Courts, 800 Longfellow Drive, Washington, IN

Format: Round Robin Tournament play with divisions for all skill levels
- Singles, Doubles and Mixed Format
- Men, Women and Youth
- Open to 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 skill levels
- Singles on Friday
- Gender doubles on Saturday
- Mixed doubles on Sunday

Open age division for kids Saturday night
- Age divisions: 8-11, 12-15, 16-18

Awards: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be awarded in each division by skill level.
Players will be guaranteed a minimum of four games. Each player must register
and sign a waiver.

Dr. Suresh Lohano’s love for pickleball inspired this event. His
commitment to health, wellness, and community service lives on through
this tournament, bringing together players and supporters from across
the region.
