We use various equipment, including treadmills, Airdyne bikes, arm ergometers, NuStep exercisers, and free weights, to enhance your heart and muscle strength and endurance. Education sessions are integrated into your exercise routine, covering vital topics like cholesterol management, diet, exercise, and recognizing heart attack symptoms.
