at a time. Our experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) offer
personalized, one-on-one counseling for diabetes management, heart health,
weight loss, and more. We understand that adopting new habits can feel
overwhelming, which is why we tailor our guidance to your individual preferences,
goals, and medical needs.

Insurance Coverage for Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT)
Many insurance plans, including Medicare Part B, cover MNT for diabetes
and kidney disease. Under Medicare Part B, you may be eligible for up
to three hours of MNT during your first year, and two hours each subsequent
year. If you have private insurance, contact your provider to confirm
your coverage for conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and obesity.
Getting Started: Referrals & Appointments
You’ll need a referral from a physician or nurse practitioner before
