The nutrition services department of Daviess Community Hospital provides food for patients, families, employees, and guests. Our kitchen strives to provide food that is nutritious, tasty, and attractively served. Our staff includes a manager of nutrition services, registered dietitians, dietary managers, clinical food service workers, and other meal preparation staff who have training and expertise in their related job functions. All nutrition services staff comply with infection control practices, as well as, OSHA, CDC, and DHS requirements for food service workers.
