Tracy Conroy serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Daviess Community Hospital. She formerly served as director of operations for Tri State Community Clinics. Prior to that she was director of clinical services for The Village at Hamilton Pointe and also served as CEO of Select Specialty Hospital for 11 years.
April Settles serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Daviess Community Hospital. April, a Certified Public Accountant, is a 2001 graduate of White River Valley High School and a 2005 graduate of the University of Southern Indiana. April brings a great deal of experience on which to draw, previously serving as Chief Financial Officer for Greene County General Hospital as well as working as Audit Supervisor for BKD, a public accounting firm in Evansville. She was also a Vice President, Trust Officer for German American Bank in Jasper. She is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society.
Locally, April is a member of the Bloomfield Rota1y Club, a volunteer at Lyons Community Food Pantry, is a Youth Development Coach at DistinXion, and serves as WRV's Varsity and Junior High soccer coach and the Varsity girls' basketball coach. April has been married to her husband Matt for 17 years and has two daughters, Maddy, who is in the 6th grade, and Molly, who is a freshman.
Nancy M. Devine, BSN, RN, LNCC, serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at Daviess Community Hospital. Nancy joined St. Vincent-Evansville in January 2011 as a valued member of their leadership team. During her tenure as Director of the Cardiac Telemetry Unit at St. Vincent-Evansville, RN satisfaction scores on surveys rose to the top 25% as compared to like units participating in the survey. Her commitment to evidence based leadership practices such as nurse leader rounding on both associates and patients, as well as bedside shift report, have resulted in her unit consistently ranking in the top four units at St. Vincent Evansville. Nancy has collaborated with her team to establish a Healthy Work Environment initiative and an RN residency program to improve staff retention on her unit. In addition, heart failure and myocardial infarction 30-day readmission rates have declined by 20% and 40% respectively through her work with the heart failure interdisciplinary team.
Nancy has also served as Risk Manager and Nurse Manager for many years at Ball Memorial in Muncie, IN. She is a Fellow of the Healthcare Advisory Board in Washington, D.C. and a member of the Indiana Organization of Nurse Executives and American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
As CNO, Nancy provides executive leadership and guidance to the outstanding team of nurses at Daviess Community Hospital.
